Gabriel has a solid and diversified career, with more than 20 years of experience, in which he served as Attorney for the State of Espírito Santo, partner of relevant corporate law firms and consultant in public policies in the public and private sectors, with emphasis on his passage in the Civil House of the Presidency of the Republic.

Gabriel holds a PhD in Law from the University of Brasília, a postdoctoral degree from the University of Southern California and has certifications in Project Management and UX Design from the University of California at Silicon Valley, and in compliance (Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional - International - CCEP-I®) by the Society for Corporate Compliance and Ethics, the industry's leading international association.

Danielle has over 15 years of experience managing corporate affairs. Her career is marked by relevant contributions to some of the main companies listed on the Brazilian stock exchange.

Danielle had an outstanding performance as Head of the legal department of a Business Unit of the SulAmérica Group, one of the largest health corporations in the Southern Hemisphere. In this position, she led the legal team responsible for the digital transformation process and business reinvention for innovation at one of the largest insurance companies in the Americas.

Her experience and knowledge are essential to guide companies and ensure that innovation activities are carried out in a solid and legally secure manner.

Fábio has around 40 years of experience in law, with extensive experience in Corporate Law (including M&A), Foreign Investment, Contract Law, Antitrust Law, Insurance and Reinsurance.

Fábio also has extensive experience in matters related to Arab countries through the Middle East and North Africa Desk. Fábio played a relevant role in the construction of some of the largest law firms in the country, with emphasis on his period at Veirano Advogados – where he was a partner and headed the Mergers and Acquisitions area, in addition to being part of the Board of Directors of the Brazil-Germany Chamber of Commerce - Rio de Janeiro section and the Board of Directors of the France-Brazil Chamber of Commerce – Rio de Janeiro section.

He is a guest professor of M&A at the Ibmec-Rio MBA and is a member of the Antitrust Law Group at the Brazilian Institute of Business Law (IBRADEMP).
